Sleep Deprived

I think it was the 2am feeding last night when I decided to change Abby's diaper. Changing the dipaer helps wake her up a little bit to finish eating. I sleepily zipped her sleeper back up and then proceeded to feed her. I was holding her when I felt something hard in her sleeper. What could it be? I had somehow zipper her pacifier into her sleeper. Well, go figure!
